Update: Iconic Bahle Farms Golf Course Is Officially On The Market This Week

Oct. 14, 2020

A follow-up to the Leelanau Ticker’s commercial real estate story reported earlier this month, where the Bahle family of Suttons Bay announced that Bahle Farms Golf Course on 9505 East Otto Road is for sale: Cory Beuerle of Century 21 Northland says the listing for the public golf course and property went live this week, with an asking price of $3.25 million.

Bahle Farms’ 2021 season pass sale is also happening this week, memberships which will be honored by the Bahle family as they transition with the new owners.

According to the listing, over 200 acres encompassing the golf course, cherry orchards and hardwood forest, plus the business, both Class C Liquor and banquet licenses, equipment as well as a farmhouse and pole building are included with the purchase price.
