Suttons Bay Artisan Walk on Oct. 20

The annual Suttons Bay Artisan and Wine Walk is schedluled for 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20.

This popular annual event gives visitors a chance to view work from doens of local artisans (and meet many of them in the process), sample local food and drink and see the latest from the village's eclectic collection of shops.

A walking guide (available at participating shops) shows all participating merchants and the name of the aritsan they are hosting. Receive stamps on the walking guide and enter to win $150 in gift cards from local merchants.

Other attractions include a grape stomp sponsored by Bel Lago, Black Star Farms and French Valley Vineyards, a big pumpkin photo op courtesy of 9Bean Rows and a gourd carving extravaganza dubbed "Lord of the Gourd."

The event is sponsored by the Suttons Bay Chamber of Commerce.
