Property Watch: Rare Frontage On Fisher Lake

By Emily Tyra | Sept. 28, 2020

A rare find for this week's watch: an estate-sized parcel in Glen Arbor (4548 West Northwood Drive, $4,450,000, MLS# 1875211) on 4.5 acres, with 765 feet of water frontage on Fisher Lake. This lesser-known Leelanau lake has channel access to Big and Little Glen Lakes. Listing agent Jon Zickert of The Jon Zickert Group/Real Estate One says properties on Fisher Lake with this much direct frontage are rarely for sale, and it's also home to one of the few remaining boat houses on the lake. Also on site: a four-bedroom home, and two 3-car garages — one with a workshop.
