Brown, Ph.D., 1855 Community and Urban Journalism professor at Michigan State University, along with video interviews by Howard Choy, Ph.D., formerly of Hong Kong Baptist University, & Mark Tessler, Ph.D., Professor of Politics at the University of Michigan. 6:30pm program, 5:30pm reception.
